Viewing Alarms

Your portal contains Widgets & dashboards that contain device details, alarms, device contacts etc. 

## Logging in to the portal

For optimal viewing, please use a desktop.

  • Visit the WSPER Portal: Go to getwsper.com/portal using your web browser.
  • Enter Your Email: On the login page, you will be prompted to enter your email.
  • Receive Your One-Time Password: After entering your email address, click on the "Request OTP" button, and you will receive a one-time password through SMS. This code is used temporarily to verify your identity.
  • Enter the OTP: Once you receive the OTP on your phone, enter it in the portal to complete the login process.
  • Access Your Account: After successfully entering the OTP, you will be logged in to the WSPER Portal and can access your account and settings.

## Dashboard Widgets

  • The landing page contains the following widgets:
    • Overall Analytics/health of all company devices. 
    • Device dropdown list
    • Update selected device form
    • Associated team members for selected device

## Viewing device alarms

  • Select the device(1) from the device dropdown to load all panic alarms and heartbeats.

  • Click on the panic alarm row to view details if any


  • A details popup box will show when the monitoring station was contacted and when the alarm was canceled. If the monitoring station has any details they will leave it in the "Alarm Report" field. The Alarm Report could take 24 hours to populate. 



## Conclusion

The alarms widget contains both panic alarms and Heartbeat alerts. Heartbeats should be recorded every day. If a heartbeat is missed all contacts will receive a SMS alerting that the device missed a heartbeat and that you should follow the Missed Heartbeat procedure here.
